Terms and Conditions

If a cancellation occurs more than four weeks before the scheduled date, the deposit is transferable for future bookings. However, cancellations within four weeks of the booked date result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. Refunds are not applicable for cancellations due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or illnesses.

We exclusively use Qualatex, Sempertex, and Tuftex balloons, all crafted from 100% biodegradable natural latex. Prior to ordering, please consider any latex allergies.
Once balloon garlands are delivered or set up, we are not accountable for their use. Please supervise young children around balloons, as garlands are connected with finishing wire. Caution is advised when allowing children to interact with used garlands, as deflated/popped latex poses a potential choking hazard.
For gender reveal balloons, verify with your venue if confetti use is permitted, as we are not responsible for confetti clean-up.
Balloon removal at venues is not within our responsibility. Although we aim to collect garlands where feasible, clients or venues must ensure the removal of balloons.

Clients are liable for damages and breakages, including but not limited to backdrops, plinths, cake and dessert stands, tables, acrylic tops, and mosaic numbers, from the completion of setup until the agreed pick-up time.
Clients must ensure proper care of all props during this period, placing them in a secure and sheltered space until the agreed pick-up time.
Payments for damages or breakages must be settled during prop pickup, either through direct transfer or cash.
Weight bags secure our backdrops, and they should not be removed to prevent toppling.

Due to variations in phones and screens, lighting and colors may differ. Colors seen may not precisely match what is perceived on our end. Additionally, social media photos undergo filtering, and we may not replicate digitally created colours exactly. While we strive to match colours as closely as possible, a 100% match is not guaranteed.

Payment of the agreed deposit indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.
